Tb Place Roma, Rome

TB Place Roma is a 6-minute walk from Trevi Fountain and 1.2 km from Piazza Navona. Two metro stations (Spagna and Barberini) are within a 5-minute walk, connecting to Termini station. The hotel sits on a quiet street in the city center, with high-end fashion boutiques on Via Condotti and Via del Corso just around the corner.

The hotel offers Classic, Superior, Deluxe, and Corner Suite room categories, all with air conditioning, minibars, and private bathrooms. Rooms in the Deluxe category include walk-in wardrobes and double sinks, while suites provide separate living areas with dividing walls for families. Each room is equipped with USB and USB-C ports, sensor lighting, and blackout curtains for sound sleep.

Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 to 10:00, with a buffet and à la carte options including freshly prepared dishes and barista-made coffee. The on-site restaurant, Le Colonnette, serves Roman cuisine with gluten-free and vegetarian menus, and is closed on Mondays. Guests can also order room service or enjoy drinks and cocktails at the rooftop bar overlooking the city.

The hotel's spa includes a hot tub, sauna, and massage treatments, bookable privately for 90-minute sessions per person. A fitness area and sun loungers on the rooftop complement the wellness offer. The spa is open daily, but reservations are required and can be made at the 24-hour front desk.

Children receive a welcome kit with colored pencils, a notebook, and a small box of treats upon arrival. The hotel provides a kid-friendly buffet at breakfast and a separate children's menu in the restaurant. Family rooms in the suite category have a dividing wall, giving parents and kids separate sleeping areas.
